10000 Steps Challenge 2018
Dear P3 to P6 boys and girls,
This is another June Holiday challenge. How many steps can you take every day? If you have a step tracker (any brand), or android or ios phone, you can enter how many steps (or distance)you take daily in this Google Form.
1400 steps is approximately 1km.

We will announce who has taken the most amount of steps in a week. The results will be published weekly.

These are the qualifying dates.
Week 1 - 28th May to 3rd June
Week 2 - 4th June to 10th June
Week 3 - 11th June to 17th June
Week 4 - 18th June to 24th June
The pupil with the most number of steps for each house and level will get 200 points for their house each week.
First place - 200 points.
2nd place - 100 points
The rest of you who have entered the number of steps will get 50 points for your house for participating every week. Try to aim for 10,000 to 12000 steps a day.
You can use any step tracker if you have one. If you have a mobile phone, you can use the apps or in built measurement device that measure steps on your android phone and IOS phone (Apple). You can also download the healthy 365 app on your phone. You may also try to download the fitbit app but you will need your parent to set up an account for you. (You do not need the fitbit watch but must use a phone) You may also want to download a runkeeper app but you will need your parent to set up an account for you. Happy walking!!!
